Thermosetting laminates

We are able to offer you a wide range of electrical and technical insulating laminates, of our exclusive production, provided with quality certificates for each material used for manufacturing. The care and precision with which we make our multilayer laminates allow us to meet the most demanding requests.
Sheets in natural 100% Italian cotton fabric are available with phenolic resins (bakelized canvas) or with suitably modified epoxy resins, depending on the required temperatures of use.

CONDIELGLASS – G10EP

Thermosetting laminate, commonly called vitronite, is made from fiberglass fabrics impregnated with epoxy resin. It has very high dielectric strengths and excellent mechanical properties. It has a very low moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability. Statically it can resist for short periods up to 170 ° C. In the case of continuous high temperatures and mechanical stresses, it is recommended to use the G 11 EP type or the HDT type depending on the working range.

CONDIELGLASS – G11EP

Thermosetting laminate, based on glass fabric impregnated with modified epoxy resins. It has very high dielectric strengths and excellent mechanical properties. It has a very low moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability. Statically it can resist for short periods up to 200 ° C. It maintains its mechanical characteristics even at high temperatures; at 150 ° C it still has 50% of the values found at room temperature.

CONDIELGLASS – EPF

Thermosetting laminate, based on glass fabric impregnated with special epoxy resins appropriately formulated by CONDOR to achieve the highest fire resistance values on the market, maintaining very high electrical insulation characteristics.
Statically it can resist up to 200 °C for short periods. Suitable to carry out its function. It maintains its mechanical characteristics even at continuously high temperatures up to 155°C. It still has 50% of the values found at room temperature.

CONDIELGLASS – HDT

Thermosetting laminate based on glass fabric impregnated with modified epoxy resins. It has very high dielectric strengths and excellent mechanical properties. It has a very low moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability. Statically it can resist for short periods up to 250-300 ° C. It maintains its mechanical characteristics even at high temperatures; at 200 ° C it still has 60% of the values found at room temperature.

CONDIELTEX – C110

Rigid laminate based on pure Italian cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin. It is an excellent technical laminate for dielectrical and a mechanical.

Rigid laminate based on pure Italian cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin. It is an excellent technical laminate for dielectrical and a mechanical.

CONDIELTEX – C1614F

Rigid laminate based on pure Italian cotton fabric with a minimum of 40 threads/cm2, impregnated with phenolic resin. It is an excellent product from both a dielectric and mechanical point of view, in particular for the production of gears, threaded bars, sliding guides and much more. Even in this type of laminate it is possible to request the addition of special self-lubricating components.

CONDIELTEX – C1614F EP

Stratified laminate based on pure Italian cotton fabric with a minimum of 40 threads/cm2, impregnated with epoxy resin. It is an excellent product from both a dielectric and mechanical point of view, in particular for the production of gears and threaded rods. Different formulations available depending on the required operating temperatures.
