PRODUCTS
Pre-pregs
Impregnation of cotton fabrics, fiberglass, polyester, aramid, carbon. Formulated with phenolic, epoxy, thermoplastic resins with ad hoc customisation according to customer requirements.
Thermosetting laminates
For mechanical and dielectric applications, we produce sheets with thicknesses from approx. 0.2 to 100 mm; format approx. 1230 x 2030 mm and soon to be available a new format approx. 1230 x 2500 mm. On specific request, we can offer large formats with a maximum width of 1570 mm and a maximum length of 5500 mm.
Impregnated meshes for transformers
Fiberglass meshes impregnated with epoxy resins. By means of a special baking process, they are completely polymerised and allow them to be in class H, with thermal resistances >200°C, suitable for the construction of class F1 transformers.
Structural reinforcements
Impregnation of special fiberglass, carbon fabrics and Kevlar meshes, for encapsulation in composite materials and civil buildings.
Thermosetting resins
Using state-of-the-art reactors and mixers, we prepare and formulate resins and resin mixtures. We also sell preparations specially, formulated to the customer’s application requirements..
