Our Condormesh models are made entirely in Italy with top quality glass fibers. The impregnation process has been developed and customized to obtain the highest performance on the world market. The epoxy resin formulations are developed entirely by the CONDOR Research and Development department and through complete polymerization they allow us to arrive at a stable, reliable and constant product. Production controls and standards have always increased over the years and have seen a constant investment of resources in new and ambitious projects for the development, control and monitoring of production quality and application performance of the networks produced.
After many years of collaboration with some of the most important companies on the world scene, we have managed to cover a vast range of needs, for example we have the possibility of customizing the color of the mesh. Some of the most used colors are: Natural Yellow, Red, Green, Brown, Dark Brown, Black etc …
The range of available thicknesses is another of our flagships because it allows the Customer to use the most performing version for each individual project. Starting from a thickness of 0.8 mm we reach up to 2.6 mm. For special requests we could also produce thinner and/or thicker versions.
Finally we would like to underline how our characteristics of rapid production and speed of delivery have always been appreciated in the Italian and international market as a characteristic on which every single customer can rely.

Network developed for the manufacture of resin transformers
Different mesh sizes and thicknesses are available depending on the customer’s needs. All our products are suitable for the manufacture of Class H Transformers, with extremely high thermal and mechanical resistance even in the most severe climatic conditions. The B.I. Best Insulation line was developed in close collaboration with our Customers; starting from the need to obtain increasingly high-performance machines with very low Partial Discharges, we have created an innovative production method that allows us to reach performance levels never achieved before. A further fundamental characteristic of the B.I. line is its natural self-extinguishing. For this reason, it is widely used for the manufacture of transformers falling within the F1 class.
