In the last twenty years, various technologies for the production of composite materials have been developed to meet the demands of the various market segments, including the naval sector. The use of these materials allows to obtain structurally very performing products with high durability properties.
The infusion technology of the excavations requires the use of appropriate fiberglass reinforcements (typically of the multiaxial category) interspersed with materials capable of speeding up and making the penetration of the resin more homogeneous inside the layered package.
The use of release films, aeration and appropriate sealants allows the creation of hulls of enormous size and achievable in a single piece.
For the need for lightening, core materials such as balsa, Expanded PET and / or materials of the same category are often used.
For applications with greater stresses, carbon fibers are used, which make it possible to significantly increase the stiffness and resistance of the breaking load of the components.
Here are some examples of use:
- Composite hull and structures.
- Details lightened by the use of sandwich panels.
- Carbon fiber mast, keel, bulb, rudder and other components.
SOME APPLICATIONS FOR OUR PRODUCTS

Lightened laminates to create diaphragms or secondary structures that do not reduce the payload of the hull

Details subject to high stresses such as shafts, ailerons, fins in high modulus materials and ready to provide all the necessary performance
