Some small suggestions to help you disposing our packaging in the best way.

All the plastic layers applied to our products are 100% recyclable following your specific rules regarding PLASTIC MATERIAL (LDPE) (e.g. Bubble wrap, transparent, white or black stretch film).

The strips used to seal the pallets are made of PET PLASTIC…

…or made of METAL.

Pallets are made of WOOD and we recommend trying to reuse it to give them a second life. In case of disposal please check the regulations of your country in this regard.

Our rolls are wrapped in COMPRESSED CARDBOARD TUBES. Some types are inserted in cardboard boxes with lateral supports also made of cardboard. Before disposing of them, you can check whether to send us the material intact to ensure a healthy reuse for the environment.

Legislative Decree no. 116 of 3 September 2020 represents an important step forward in waste management in Italy, implementing European directives 2018/851 and 2018/852. Directive 2018/851 focuses on waste reduction and promotes a circular economy, encouraging the reuse and recycling of materials. On the other hand, Directive 2018/852 specifically deals with packaging and packaging waste, setting ambitious targets for recycling and the reduction of unnecessary packaging.

The decree introduces measures to improve waste management, promoting sustainable practices and making producers responsible for packaging management. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on the importance of raising awareness among citizens regarding separate waste collection and waste reduction. In this way, Italy aligns itself with European standards, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable environment for future generations.
