Rinforzi strutturali
Rinforzi strutturali ottenuti dall’impregnazione di speciali reti in fibre di vetro , carbonio , kevlar , per inglobamenti sia nel campo dei materiali compositi che delle strutture civili.
La definizione di RINFORZO prevede la primaria necessità di incrementare le caratteristiche meccaniche di un materiale. In particolari edifici ad esempio, il rispetto di precedenti versioni di Norme delle Costruzioni ha portato alla realizzazione di strutture non adatte a fenomeni intensi e imprevisti come i terremoti. La possibilità di utilizzare materiali molto performanti in termini di resistenza meccanica e leggerezza ha consentito di ideare ed iniziare una importante operazione di adeguamento sismico del patrimonio edile esistente generando un senso di maggior fiducia e quindi una migliore percezione di sicurezza. La CONDOR ha sviluppato dei rinforzi in FIBRA DI VETRO AR che consentono di realizzare particolari strati di rinforzo per murature di varia natura, incrementando notevolmente la resistenza a sollecitazioni sussultorie o oscillatorie tipiche dei terremoti. L’utilizzo di particolari fibre Alcali Resistenti consente di garantire la durabilità del rinforzo, mentre la natura composita del rinforzo consente di eliminare alla radice la problematica della corrosione dell’armatura, senza la necessità di dover applicare spessi strati di copriferro che comporterebbero un notevole aggravio strutturale delle fondazioni soprattutto nel caso di edifici pluripiano.

Reti di inglobamento a maglia aperta
L’attenzione alle esigenze del cliente ha sempre spinto la CONDORDIELETRIC a sviluppare materiali in grado di soddisfare le esigenze più stringenti in termini prestazionali e di costo. Nell’industria è spesso necessario rinforzare elementi realizzati mediante la colata di masse termoplastiche o termoindurenti che potrebbero risultare suscettibili di fenomeni di craking dovuti a cicli termici molto aggressivi, sollecitazioni meccaniche molto elevate, particolari sollecitazioni vibrazionali più o meno continuative. Questa gamma di rinforzi è nata per specifiche richieste dell’industria del poliuretano e rappresenta una formidabile possibilità di irrigidimento ed incremento delle performance termiche dei pezzi realizzati.
Reti di rinforzo strutturale
L’industria civile richiede materiali sempre più leggeri e performanti per la riqualificazione del patrimonio edile ed una ulteriore caratteristica fondamentale è rappresentata dalla durabilità dei materiali e dell’intervento realizzato. Per questi motivi la CONDOR ha realizzato approfonditi studi e sviluppi con la finalità di poter offrire sul panorama nazionale ed internazionale rinforzi specifici per applicazioni di irrigidimento e rinforzo di edifici civili semplici e complessi dove la leggerezza e l’elevata durabilità rappresentano un requisito indispensabile.
Laminato continuo consolidato
Per particolari applicazioni è possibile realizzare e/o ulteriormente customizzare particolari laminati continui consolidati basati su tessuti multifibra e resine termoindurenti quali tipicamente resine fenoliche e/o resine epossidiche . Oltre ad una vasta gamma di tessuti, sono stati aggiunti anche particolari supporti multiassiali a 2, 3 e 4 assi disponibile in molteplici grammature e completamente customizzabili a seconda dell’applicazione richiesta.

Produciamo laminati continui consolidati realizzati con supporti multiassiali a 2, 3 e 4 assi in molteplici grammature e customizzabili su richiesta. Prodotto utilizzabile come rinforzo strutturale.
